Moderation

All ads should pass moderation after creating. Moderation generally takes 1–3 hours on weekdays and 3–5 hours on weekends. The moderation team is active from 06:00 to 18:00 UTC.

Ads may be rejected for the following reasons

1. The ad does not comply with the service’s terms and conditions

2. Incorrect category specified for the ad

3. The ad contains broken links

4. Channel/bot/TMA is empty or inactive: regular activity is required

5. Issues with display on certain devices

6. Ad contains incorrect information: title, description or image

7. Asset is not loading or unavailable in target countries

8. Functionality of the advertised site/bot/TMA is broken or not working properly

9. Advertised content does not match the promoted product

10. The ad contains offensive or illegal content
