The bidding model depends on the ad format:

  • Text-Graphic Block uses CPC (cost per click)

  • Fullscreen Banner uses CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions)

chevron-rightHow to choose the optimal bid?hashtag

When setting up a campaign, you start by entering your own bid. After configuring targeting, the platform will display the final bid based on your selected parameters. You can launch the campaign at this rate and increase it later to get more traffic if needed.

For narrow targeting, it's recommended to set a bid above the suggested minimum to increase your chances of winning auctions.

chevron-rightHow long does ad moderation take?hashtag

Moderation usually takes 1-3 hours on weekdays and 3-5 hours on weekends. Our moderation team operates between 06:00 and 18:00 UTC.

The specific number of the reason will be shown next to the ad status in your dashboard.

chevron-rightWhy isn’t my ad being shown?hashtag

First, check that the ad status is Active and your account has sufficient balance, and the end date hasn’t passed.

If you’ve applied narrow targeting (e.g. uncommon geo or language and Telegram Premium users), your potential audience may be too limited. Try to expand your targeting settings to increase reach.

If everything is correct and the ad still isn’t serving, contact our supportarrow-up-right.

The volume of new users you can reach depends on many factors — such as your campaign strategy, product type, and how fast your landing page loads.

The category defines the topic of your ad and ensures it’s only shown in apps that allow this type of content.

chevron-rightHow to top up my balance?hashtag

You can top up your advertiser balance in the personal account. We accept payments in USD₮ on the TRC20 network only. For other networks, please contact our supportarrow-up-right.

chevron-rightWhat if the funds haven’t been credited?hashtag

Make sure the payment was sent using the TRC20 network. In most cases, funds are credited within 2 hours.

If you used a different network by mistake, or if the transfer is delayed, please contact our supportarrow-up-right.

chevron-rightWhere can I get a referral code, and what are the terms?hashtag

Referral program terms:

  • If you refer an advertiser: You earn + 5% of their ad spend for 3 months The advertiser gets a + 5% bonus on their first top-up

  • If you refer a publisher (owner of Telegram Mini Apps): You receive + 5% of their earnings for 3 months after they start using TADS widgets
