Analysis is conducted based on publicly available data about the presence of a user’s crypto wallet, their TON balance and volume of last 100 transactions. While this parameter does not guarantee conversions, these users often have existing knowledge and experience in the Web3 ecosystem, making them more receptive to targeted offers.

We categorize users with Telegram wallet into the following categories:

• <mark style="color:green;">Wallet Holders</mark>**:** users with a known wallet, all users with telegram wallets, regardless of information about their balance level or spending

• <mark style="color:green;">Funded Wallet Holders</mark>: users who have funds on their balance or actively use the wallet

**Cost**: when enabled, the user‑defined cost per click (CPC) or cost per 1000 impressions (CPM) is increased by 25%.
